wmfFont - the font to use the charset of.

bstr - the encoded bytes of the string.

Returns:

decode string

getHorizontalAlignment

public static int getHorizontalAlignment(int align)

Get the Horizontal Alignment for the Alignment property.

Parameters:

align - combined alignment constant

Returns:

horizontal alignment

getVerticalAlignment

public static int getVerticalAlignment(int align)

Get the Vertical Alignment for the Alignment property.

Parameters:

align - combined alignment constant

Returns:

vertical alignment
